Dillenburg, November 2, 2026 – Isabellenhütte Heusler GmbH & Co. KG honored 16 employees last week for their many years of dedicated service to the company. During the traditional jubilee celebration held at the Zur Schönen Aussicht restaurant in Greifenstein, several major anniversaries were recognized, including employees celebrating 25, 40, and 50 years with the company. Together, the jubilarians reflect an impressive 485 years of service at Isabellenhütte.
The event was characterized by appreciation, recognition, and a strong sense of community. Managing Directors Thilo Gleisberg and Dr. Felix Heusler thanked the jubilarians for their longstanding commitment and loyalty to the company. Elmar Ensmann, Head of Human Resources, and Kim Jeanny Diehl, Member of the Works Council, also addressed the guests. Their speeches highlighted the importance of experience and collaboration in shaping Isabellenhütte’s corporate culture and supporting the company’s continued development for future generations.
During a shared dinner with family members and friends, guests had the opportunity to exchange memories and engage in personal conversations. Many of the additional guests are themselves employees of Isabellenhütte, reflecting the strong bonds within the company community.
A special highlight of the evening was the traditional quiz hosted by Elmar Ensmann, which looked back at the years 1976, 1986, and 2001. The quiz featured historical events from the respective years in which the jubilarians joined the company, sparking lively discussions and fond memories among the attendees.
