Busbar shunts
Busbar shunts are common resistors for current measurement within busbars and are used for high currents that cannot be transported via a circuit board.
They are mounted between two busbars and the voltage drop is measured via soldered-on cables, soldered-on PCBs or welded-on pins.
The customer is free to decide how he wants to realize this voltage drop. The electrical characteristics for individual shunts can also be provided as a data matrix code if required.
Analog sensors
The analog sensors are based on the busbar shunt principle and enable a simple plug-and-play solution for the customer and their application in AC and DC, LV and HV systems.
The circuit board, including a connector, is already soldered onto the busbar shunt and both the temperature of the busbar shunt and the voltage tap can be made available to the customer in various forms via a connector. The electrical characteristic values for each shunt can also be made available via a data matrix code if required.
