Special alloys:
By using different resistance alloys such as ZERANIN®, MANGANIN®, ISAOHM® and NOVENTIN® a wide range of resistance values can be developed to meet the specific requirements of our customers. -
Composite materials:
Isabellenhütte uses flexible composite materials to develop resistors with specific geometries and values ranging from a few µOhms to 5 mOhms. These materials allow almost any shape to be adapted within the limits of manufacturing technology. -
Individual resistance values and designs:
The products can be adapted to the specific requirements of our customers in terms of resistance values, designs and contacting forms. This also includes special applications such as SMD resistors with gold-plated contact surfaces for high load and temperature requirements. -
Analog and digital sensors:
By using our high-precision alloys in the form of busbar shunts, we are able to develop customer-specific analog and digital sensors for current measurement. The scope ranges from analog sensors, which record the analog signals of the busbar temperature and the voltage drop at the busbar shunt, to finished digital sensors that perform current, voltage, temperature and insulation measurements. These sensors can be integrated directly into the customer's system via a CAN interface. We are also able to develop and offer various communication interfaces to meet individual requirements.

Alloy engineering: expertise in metallurgy for customer-specific materials
Innovations and new developments in specialized industries have always been closely linked to the evolution and individualization of special metallic alloys.
As a specialist supplier, the implementation of customer-specific requirements is a daily goal for Isabellenhütte. In doing so, we unfold our promise of “innovation by tradition”, especially when product solutions are not available off the shelf. In our technical center with a vacuum induction development furnace, we melt and develop in cooperation with our customers exactly according to their needs. Sample quantities and batch weights from 100 g to 20 kg are possible. You determine the dosage form – whether semi-finished product, powder, paste or component.

We adapt resistor values within our SMD resistor series individually to your measurement configuration. Thanks to our wide-ranging portfolio, we take your performance and installation space requirements into account.
We also offer customized solutions in the field of battery management systems (BMS) based on our proven ISA-WELD® technology. In this way, we ensure that our products are the perfect fit for your application in terms of “fit, form and function”. In addition to resistance value and installation space, mission profiles, thermal design and long-term accuracy are also taken into account in product development.
Our BMS products are available as shunts or with a pin or connector interface. We guarantee reliable electrical values and offer clear marking, e.g. via data matrix code, for easy identification and traceability on request.
