IVT 3 PRO: High precision current measurement device for active insulation monitoring

NEW: Insulation fault detection even at 0 V – before the relay closes

The current measurement device IVT 3 Pro was specially developed for monitoring high-voltage systems in commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, and construction equipment.

With the IVT 3 Pro, you get a 3-in-1 sensor that combines precise current measurement, HV voltage measurement, and two-stage active insulation monitoring in a single CAN module.

Product-highlights

  • Nominal current range: +/- 1.000 A
  • Accuracy: 0,4 % + 100 mA
  • Temperature range: −40 °C to +125 °C
  • Galvanic isolation: up to 1.000 V*
  • CAN 2.0 a/b communication

Why you should choose the IVT 3 Pro

Simplified system architecture

One sensor provides current, voltage, and insulation –
via one CAN interface.

Fully integratable for functional safety

Shunt-based current measurement according to ASIL C and 3 or 6 HV voltage inputs according to ASIL B – tailored to safety concepts and OEM requirements.

Precise values for your algorithms

Advanced diagnostics via unified diagnostic service (UDS) provide highly accurate current and voltage data for BMS, SoC/SoH, and diagnostic functions.

Increased electrical safety

Thanks to the detection of insulation faults even at 0 V, you get clear and stable measurement results — even in 0 V phases of the HV architecture.

Ideal for these applications

Where safety, robustness, and precise HV measurement are crucial
