Structural materials
Structural materials perform load-bearing, joining, or functional roles in technical applications and must withstand high mechanical, thermal, and chemical stresses. With the ISA®-Nickel and ISA®-Braze material families, we offer solutions for a variety of requirements in joining and materials technology.
While ISA®-Nickel is based on corrosion-resistant nickel-copper alloys and stands out primarily for its resistance to oxidation and chemical influences, ISA®-Braze comprises high-temperature brazing alloys for demanding joining and coating processes.
ISA®-Nickel
ISA®-Nickel comprises nickel-copper alloys with high resistance to oxidation and chemical corrosion. They are suitable for applications such as connecting elements, flanges, and fittings, and can be brazed and welded.
ISA®-Braze
ISA-BRAZE® is a high-temperature brazing alloy for flux-free brazing applications and is primarily used for gap, joint, and build-up brazing of steels, nickel alloys, and hard metals.
