Reliable sensors in a wide temperature range

The measurements must be reliable at temperatures from -40 to 105 °C and comply with strict standards such as the ISO 26262. Other challenges include accurate voltage measurement and the detection of insulation faults.
Our sensors work reliably in a wide temperature range and are developed in accordance with the functional safety standards ASIL C for current measurements and ASIL B for voltage measurements.
This increases the safety of the overall system in which the sensors are installed. The ability to measure insulation also helps to detect and rectify faults in the system at an early stage.

IVT-3-Base
The IVT 3 is a compact high precision current measurement device, which is built on a platform concept where functional components can be added to adapt to many different use cases. The IVT 3 series is developed according to ISO 26262:2018 (Road vehicles – Functional safety).

IVT-3-Pro
The IVT 3 is a compact high precision current measurement device, which is built on a platform concept where functional components can be added to adapt to many different use cases. The Pro version supports insulation resistance monitoring and 3 or 6 voltage measurement channels. The IVT 3 series is developed according to ISO 26262:2018 (Road vehicles – Functional safety).

IVT-S
The IVT-S is a compact, high-precision current measurement system equipped with a CAN interface. The continuous current measurement covers a measuring range of up to ±2,500 A and can be extended by up to 3 voltage measurement channels (nom. 1000 V). The IVT-S has been the benchmark for precise current and voltage measurement since 2017.
